An exceptional show jumper himself, DIAMANT DE SEMILLY transmits to his offspring with an impressive regularity, his strong back, scope, great balance, wonderful canter, suppleness, power, uncommon ease and super willingness, which make him a dream stallion.
In his own career DIAMANT DE SEMILLY was 2002 Team WORLD CHAMPION (9th Individually), Champion of France 2002 (after a great showjumping season including 11 from 12 clear rounds in Nations Cups), & Team silver medalist in 2003 European Championships. All this amoung numerous other Grand Prix wins and placings.
As a sire his famous products include EMERALD, DON VHP, QUICKLY DE KREISKER (ranked No.1 SJ in the world in June 2014 & March 2015), UTAMARO D'ECAUSSINES, KALASKA DE SEMILLY, DEAUVILLE S, TOWER MOUCHE, DIAMANTHINA VAN'T RUYTERSHOF, DYLON, ERENICE HORTA, EMILIE DE DIAMANT, to name just a few.
Damsire: CASPER VAN ERPEKOM
The stunning piebald CASPER VAN ERPEKOM carries the blood of CARTHAGO, as well as being closely related to famous coloured 1.60m winning SJ stallion UTAH VAN ERPEKOM (ridden by John Whitaker). CASPER VAN ERPEKOM was purchased by the famous Studfarm Overis (breeder of numerous 1.60m jumpers) as a ‘very promising’ 3yr old. Soon after he developed laminitis and could not be saved. Because of this he only sired approx 20 foals, the oldest being Grand Prix winner and 1.60m SJ CASANOVA VAN OVERIS Z.

CSI5* 1.60m SJ by Olympic Gold Medalist BALOUBET DU ROUET, out of the famous 1.60m SJ mare NARCOTIQUE DE MUZE (DARCO). QUERLYBET HERO has been named Ambassador of the BWP thanks to the quality of his progeny, many of whom successfully compete between 1.45m and 1.60m.
QUERLYBET HERO shows lots of scope, strength, respect and style over the fences that he transmits to his offspring. He also passes his good canter and his innate jumping technique (especially will complement those who need to improve their hindquarter technique).
