Sire Heartbreaker’s achievements in both his show jumping career and as a sire, are endless. He has topped the Jumping Index for Belgium and Holland for the past four years, and currently leads with a staggering score of 171 points.

Last year Heartbreaker was named ‘Ambassador of the Belgium Warmblood Association’ for having the most offspring in the top 100 of the World Breeding Rankings. Many of Heartbreaker’s progeny were only 8 years old when they began performing in the Grand Prix show jumping ranks with phenomenal results. His stallion sons are very popular and hugely successful in their own stud careers.

Euro Sport Heartbreaker’s dam sire is the well known international Show Jumper Hamlet. Most famous of his offspring is Eric Lamaze’s 2006 World Equestrian Games mount Hickstead, where the combination narrowly missed making the final 25, finishing in 27th placing. Hickstead was ranked an astounding No. 2 in the WBFSH World Show Jumping rankings, before unfortunately being sidelined for several months due to colic surgery. He is now back in top form and has been selected to represent Canada at the 2008 Olympic Games.

‘KWPN Stallion of the Century’ Nimmerdor, features on both sides of Euro Sport Heartbreaker’s pedigree. Nimmerdor competed to the very top level in the show jumping arena and was selected for the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games Dutch Show Jumping Team, but his owners elected not to risk sending him. He has produced countless world famous progeny, and consistently features in the pedigrees of some of the world’s best horses.

Euro Sport Heartbreaker's 3/4 brother Heartbeat, is looking set to become a star not only in the show jumping arena but also as a sire. Heartbeat was recently ridden by WEG team gold medalist Gerco Shroder, who described him as a 'a very good horse who is very careful and gives the rider a great feel'. Heartbeat also won Best Show jumping Stallion at the 2006 Danish Warmblood Stallion Licensing.
